General Terms

All matters concerning, or arising from, dealing with runningandfitness.co.uk shall be subject to English law only.

No part of these terms and conditions can restrict you statutory rights under English law.

Running and Fitness will store information and may use information to make special offers to customers, we will NOT disclose any information to any unrelated third party, except to disclose names and addresses to postal or delivery companies for the purpose of delivering goods. Any customer may have their details removed from our database by requesting such by email mandy@runningandfitness.co.uk

All transactions are conducted via secure methods and all credit card details are encrypted by the banking system.

We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours, however, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock or we may sell out due to unpredictable demands. If any goods are unavailable we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible and inform you of expected delivery, this will enable you to decide to wait for goods, reorder or cancel. Credit cards will not be processed for goods out of stock.

Returns

...how to return items

Our returns policy is simple, if you are dissatisfied with the goods send them back within 7 days. All we require is that the goods are returned in “new” condition i.e., unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached, in the original box.

You are required to email us returns@runningandfitness.co.uk to inform us that you are returning goods. It is strongly recommended that the parcel be returned by recorded/special delivery to Running and Fitness, Tobutt Sports, 508 Blackburn Road, Astley Bridge, Bolton, BL1 8NW.

Running and Fitness will guarantee to exchange any faulty goods, or will happily refund the order including delivery charges incurred in sending the items to you.

We regret that we cannot refund the cost of return postage or the original charge of post and packing, on non-faulty items.

Exercise Equipment is dilivered directly from the manufacturer and as such prices shown includes the delivery cost.

Next day delivery can be arranged by contacting us directly on the above number or at mandy@runningandfitness.co.uk

It is our policy to despatch items in the shortest time possible. We cannot, however, be responsible for goods in transit.
